CURRENT RATES & BOOKING TERMS



Season:		Rate (per week)*

November –	March	£175.00 per week	£25 per night
April –	June	£210.00 per week	£30 per night
July –	August	£315.00 per week	£45 per night
September –	October	£210.00 per week	£30 per night

Long Term Lets
November to March Only £20 per night (minimum 28 nights)

* ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT to an additional charge of £2 per day/£14 per week to cover the cost
of utilities. Minimum stays applicable - 4 nights April to October and 7 nights November to March.

* Price payable is for the rental of the apartment, not per person, and includes bedding and
bathroom towels, plus cleaning after departure. If you require extra cleaning/bedding change,
this can be arranged at an additional charge of £40 per visit.

Payment Terms:

i.)	A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 secures a booking for dates September to June.
ii.)	A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for long-let bookings of 28 days+.
iii.)	A non-refundable deposit of 50% or £100 (whichever is the greater) secures a booking for dates in July & August.
iv.)	The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
v.)	The client signs a contractual rental agreement.
vi.)	A refundable bond of £100 forms part of the agreement and is paid with the balance. This bond covers loss or damage to the apartment and its contents, plus the return of the keys.
vii.)	Payments are accepted by cheque, BACS Bank transfer or PayPal
viii.)	Entry into the apartment is at 2.00pm on the agreed date of arrival, and guests must vacate at 10.00am on the agreed date of departure.
